I signed up for the Diesel loyalty program a few months back, and from what I’ve seen so far, it’s been solid. I can’t say I’ve tested every part of it or anything, but the points from my orders showed up without me having to email anyone.

I used a reward on a pair of jeans last week, and the discount applied at checkout like it was supposed to. That was a relief because I’ve had plenty of other sites where rewards or codes randomly don’t work.

Shipping was about what I expected, nothing especially fast or slow, and the account page makes it easy enough to see what’s going on. Based on my limited experience, I don’t really have any complaints and I’ll probably keep using it...

It showed up really quickly, sooner than I thought it would. That’s always a good sign, right?

But once they arrived, I felt a lot better. The denim feels thick and sturdy without being uncomfortable, the stitching is neat, and the fit still looked good after washing. They definitely feel better made than a lot of jeans I’ve owned. No real complaints so far.

I usually have a easy time finding my size here, which is nice. The only downside was that one jacket I really liked was out of stock, so that was a little disappointing. Still, overall the selection is good most of the time.

I had a question about my order and wasn’t sure how long it would take to hear back, but customer service replied quickly, they were friendly, actually answered my exact question instead of sending one of those generic copy-paste responses, and everything got sorted out the same day so I really can’t complain

I really like diesel’s overall vibe, and the website is nice to browse. Some of the designs are super cool, but a few pieces feel a little too bold for just everyday outfits, at least for me... I’d probably shop there more if it was easier to find the simpler stuff mixed in with the statement pieces.

I bought a pair of Diesel jeans from diesel.com around 8 months ago, and I’ve worn them way more than I planned to. The denim still feels nice and thick, and the knees haven’t gotten all stretched out or baggy like a lot of my other jeans usually do.

I’ve washed them plenty of times too, and so far there’s no weird fading, loose stitching, or anything annoying like that. They definitely weren’t cheap, but they feel like they’re going to last, so yeah, I’m Happy with them
