I’ve never had any issues with quality or delivery or customer service. I am so so so satisfied with their products. I’ve bought jeans, winter coats, summer coats, leather jackets, sneakers, glasses from their home collection, perfumes, t-shirts, loungewear, underwear, socks, kids clothes, sunglasses, watches... NEVER had any issues (except for 1 pair of sneakers that have deteriorated ahead of time but they still had an Italian look 🤪). I guess the bad reviews here reflect the small proportion of “problems” and it’s just that the satisfied people don’t take the time to leave a review. My partner and I only buy Diesel G-Star Raw. The quality and design are just better than all the American companies. Customer service is so nice and even when they didn’t process a return, I called, gave them the parcel tracking number and I got the money within 2 days.
